Directory Membership and Listing Criteria

If you are an real estate agent that is doing business in the United States or Canada and want to be listed in the directory the following criteria must be met:

1. Once a submission has been made your site will be visited to confirm you are located in the United States or Canada.
2. Your site must be listed in Google's index.
3. Your site must clearly list the name of your real estate company.
4. Your site must provide users with a way to contact you either by phone, contact form, and/or email.
5. Your site must be in the English language (or have an English version available).
6. Your site must support multiple browsers and capabilities.
7. Only one partner, partner plus, or paid membership will be associated with a particular website or domain and there can only be one membership per agent.
8. We reserve the right to edit listings and profiles that do not conform to the format of the directory or reject membership for any reason.
9. If a condition of your membership requires a link back to the directory our button must be added to your home page, not an interior page unless prior arrangements have been made.
10. If you are a Partner Plus Member your membership will automatically renew, but you cancel anytime by going here.
11. To maintain a quality directory your site will be periodically visited to confirm the above criteria is being met.
