The AgentPreview.com directory acts solely as a source to provide access to the web sites of real estate agents throughout the United States and Canada.

All real estate related sites included in the directory agree to adhere to HUD guidelines and we reserve the right to reject a submission or remove any site that fails to follow HUD's guidelines.

Even though we edit and add links on an on-going basis, web sites presented in the directory are developed and maintained by others over whom we have no control. Therefore we cannot and do not:

1. Guarantee that all sites listed will be available at the time of your visit.
2. Accept responsibility for the content of any site nor shall the presentation of any link be construed as an endorsement of services.

Real Estate Agents that list their websites with us acknowledge that we reserve the right to modify submitted information to meet our submission instructions and that use of the directory signifies complete agreement to these terms.
