It was the success of this community that prompted other large communities like Summerlin. Green Valley, as a community, has witnessed phenomenal and exponential growth over the last decade or so, spurring further development, increased relocation interest, and rising housing prices. The community as much to offer residents, including a wide range of recreation options, superb public courses for golf, great libraries, well maintained public parks, etc. Seasonal entertainment includes Shakespeare in the park.
