Prior to getting my Associate Broker real estate license I spent the majority of my professional life in radio. I worked as a morning announcer for 17 years at various radio stations in California, Oregon and Washington state. Radio was a lot of fun and I had the opportunity to meet celebrities and newsmakers, but I found I was getting bored with sitting in a studio and not being able to meet the people I was talking to everyday.

In my real estate career I get to work closely with the people I come into contact with. I enjoy laughing and joking with my clients but I also have a very strict work ethic. I believe that in order to serve you best I need to be up to date on all the latest in the world of real estate.

As a result of my efforts to stay current on the latest trends, laws and changes, I not only received my Real Estate Broker license but I have also earned the nationally recognized designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and e-PRO (Internet Marketing Professional). I belong to the National Association of REALTORS®, Arizona Association of REALTORS®, Phoenix Association of REALTORS® and am a current member of the Master of Real Estate Society.

With me acting as your REALTOR®, you reap the benefits of my education and affiliations of the various associations. You also get to have fun when looking to buy or sell real estate. "Imagine, the worst down-market in a decade, Christmas week and I had to move. I found Larry while surfing online noting that he took advantage of the Internet and mass media in his marketing and, knowing that more than 98% of prospective buyers now use the Internet to search for a home, I decided to list with him; after all, I knew I'd need all the help I could get in this market.

Not one came those first two weeks!

I guess all the other Realtors decided to take a vacation because not even one Realtor previewed even though there were three active listings in the subdivision! Then in the second week of the new year, we got an offer for full price - minus their closing costs which I was happy to pay since they wanted to close in three weeks!
