My name is John Herrigel and I am a local Southern Maine buyers agent for parties looking to purchase real estate in Portland, Bath, Brunswick and all the surrounding communities. My focus is working with first time home buyers looking to relocate to this state as well as investors looking to acquire multi-unit property in the area. I am a buyers agent for real estate in coastal waterfront regions of the state.

I know Portland, Bath, Brunswick and the surrounding areas including Phippsburg, Harpswell, Falmouth, Cape Elizabeth, Yarmouth, South Portland and Cumberland. I grew up in New Jersey and relocated this way about 6 years ago so I am quite familiar with the relocation process and thus specialize in helping parties retire and relocate to the area. I also do a lot of work with first time home buyers in my age demographic. I know the southern Maine markets well.
