While residing on the pristine island of Martha's Vineyard, I was involved in custom, luxury home construction and general contracting. As job site supervisor, I lead a team of professionals that built two, 6000 square foot, vacation rental homes. I managed all aspects of these properties, including construction, weekly rentals, maintenance, and upkeep. My extensive experience and keen ability to listen to your needs continues to assist me in my real estate sales career in North Carolina.
