I moved out of state and have tried to sell my home for over two years. I have listed it both by owner and with over four different realtors during this time period. I felt that the other realtors I used were not giving my listing the attention it needed to sell it. Larry came recommended and I listed with him.The home is located in a remote location and needed several repairs, due to being vacant for so long. Larry was willing to take care of cleaning, repairs and several problems that came up with my home. Living out of state and being a single parent, this was almost impossible for me to do myself.
Larry sold my home within three months of listing. I know the sell of this property was not an easy one. I will definitely recommend Larry to anyone looking for an agent. He has gone above and beyond the call of any real estate agent I have ever met.
Thanks,
Kerrie

RE: Larry Leach
I am including this attachment because your survey, as complete as it is, really doesn't convey just how much my family and me think about Larry.
I want to share with you just a little about myself. I am a very meticulous person; I need to know every fact to feel comfortable making what I consider to be an informed decision.
My wife and I worked with Larry for over a year to find the property we wanted to buy. Time after time, we refused the listings Larry would bring to us because it wasn't just exactly what we were looking for. Larry never lost his enthusiasm to help us find exactly what we were looking for, not just make a sale or meet a quota but to put together a family and their home. This is what I believe is Larry's mission. Larry handled both the sale of my previous property and the purchase of my dream home. These adventures were filled with many pitfalls; how many, I could never tell you because many of them never reached my ears. Larry handled everything he did with both professionalism and personal touch. I don't want to consume all your time with a very lengthy letter, covering all the things I appreciate about the way Larry has helped us find a place we are proud to call OUR HOME. I do want you to know if would be easy to do. He has given me many wonderful things to tell everyone I see.
The thing that I continue to be impressed with is how Larry has stayed with us from the very beginning to the very end and then beyond. It has been a few days since I have heard from Larry. He called just to see how we were, is the family OK, are you happy with the house, is there anything I can do for you? Larry has become more than the guy who sold us our home. He has become our friend and, in today's world, friends are very hard to find!
Thank you for taking the time to read this letter I felt compelled to send along with your survey. In your survey, it mentioned Larry could be nominated for a salesperson award. Yes, I feel very strongly about nominating him for this award. If Larry doesn't win because someone else treated their people better, than I am happy for them. But know this, Larry Leach has already won every salespersons award possible in the hearts of my family and I.
Thank you with all my heart
And may God bless you well,
William R. Parker III

Dear Larry,
Though you represented the seller, you were consistently patient with our daily calls during this long, unpredictable sale. We appreciate your almost daily calls to the seller's lender in an effort to keep us informed.
Thank you, too, for offering us interim housing and locating last-minute movers to unload our large, out-of-state U-Haul.
We wish you future success in your business. Please feel free to use us as a reference for your outstanding service!
