I have 16 years experience as a full-time Real Estate Professional. I am a proud dad. I'm raising two great kids: Mara is 13 and Trey is 10. My other company, LL Homes, specializes in investment and new construction. I proudly served in the United States Air Force during both Desert Shield and Desert Storm. I was Ammo troop, so IYAAYAS to all my fellow ammo friends.

I am including this attachment because your survey, as complete as it is, really doesn't convey just how much my family and me think about Larry.

I want to share with you just a little about myself. I am a very meticulous person; I need to know every fact to feel comfortable making what I consider to be an informed decision.

My wife and I worked with Larry for over a year to find the property we wanted to buy. Time after time, we refused the listings Larry would bring to us because it wasn't just exactly what we were looking for. Larry never lost his enthusiasm to help us find exactly what we were looking for, not just make a sale or meet a quota but to put together a family and their home. This is what I believe is Larry's mission. Larry handled both the sale of my previous property and the purchase of my dream home. These adventures were filled with many pitfalls; how many, I could never tell you because many of them never reached my ears. Larry handled everything he did with both professionalism and personal touch. I don't want to consume all your time with a very lengthy letter, covering all the things I appreciate about the way Larry has helped us find a place we are proud to call OUR HOME. I do want you to know if would be easy to do. He has given me many wonderful things to tell everyone I see.

The thing that I continue to be impressed with is how Larry has stayed with us from the very beginning to the very end and then beyond. It has been a few days since I have heard from Larry. He called just to see how we were, is the family OK, are you happy with the house, is there anything I can do for you? Larry has become more than the guy who sold us our home. He has become our friend and, in today's world, friends are very hard to find!
